1. Can you send the merchandise to the country of my choice?
It depends on the country. When you fill in your address or the address of destination, you will be able to choose from a list of countries where it is possible to deliver.
2. Why isn't the country of my choice on your list?
Our insurance does not cover transactions with all of the countries in the world.
3. How much does shipping cost?
The price of shipping is calculated on the bases of the weight and the destination of the package. To see the cost of shipping, fill in the address of destination and click on "continue" to see the total price of your order with delivery cost.
4. When will my package arrive?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible by our staff, usually within 48 hours during working days. Then, all packages for France are mailed by Colissimo Direct Suivi, postal service that promesses 48 hour delivery on working days. For delivery to other countries, packages are shipped by Priority Registered mail. (about 4 to 10 days for Europe and about 7 to 15 days for the rest of the world)
11. Why haven't I received an anwser to my e-mail?
1) Sometimes customers make a mistake when filling in their e-mail address; in which case our response comes back undelivered. It is very important to check that your e-mail address is complete and correct.
2) It is possible that a technical incident prevents us from retrieving our e-mail for a few days.
